Almighty God is a Highly Complex Spititual entity and our Intelligence will never be able to understand his form and existance.We believe what has been revealed to us about his atributes in the Holy Quran and know that He is the Supreme creator Free of All wants.Islam Recommends Circumsion especially for the Male because of its many health benifts and because of Cleaniliness.Thus this is a Human requirement and we also read in the scriptutes that this is a legacy that began earlier But was made compulsary after the era of prophet Abrahim [pbuh].It is clearly Mentioned in the Bible that jesus [pbuh] was also circumsiced,because he was Human !!!.If he was a God why would he need to be circumsiced ???
