7 Your team is quite well balanced but in LeafGreen/FireRed kabutops is a very weak water type it can use other moves well but not water type ones to well due to special/physical attacks, Same thing goes fore gengar even though its one of my favourite pokemon its sucks in that game :(. Electabuzz because it doesn't have strong stats like and evolutionary pokemon. This problem happens to scyther too but it can make up for it. I would recommend getting a different water type like starmie or dewgong or vaporeon. Also maybe a victreebell for type coverage and its also a great pokemon since there aren't much good grass types. The rest is up to you :D

    -Hope it helped.

9, its a pretty good above average team! But i recommend swapping Electabuzz for Jolteon, it is much quicker and has a higher special attack, special defense, defense, and HP. Also swapping Sandslash for Nidoking, Sandslash has low speed, and low special defense which makes him extremely vulnerable to water type moves. Nidoking on the other hand has higher HP, special attack, special defense, and speed. And both his special attack and attack are high so you can you use either.
