Should i get a refurbished ipad 4 or ipad air?
Thinking about getting an iPad ^.^

The iPad Air is only slightly better than the iPad 4 hardware wise. If price is not an issue get the Air because refurbished items tend to have old batteries which drain faster; since it's an Apple product you won't be able to change the battery.
As a side note: I would look at the Samsung Note 10.1 2014 Edition. It barely cost more than the Air but it's hardware specifics are way better.
