It's not about the karate, Tale-kwan-do, sambo.bushido and other nice words I can't spell either, It's about your attitude, your posture, even the colour of your voice...
You can't approach a girl by kicking a wooden board, you have to own some self-confidence (don't overdo it).
+no one can know if you're attractive to girls if you know karate... But if all that training gave you a 6-pack, you are a bit in advantage...
