How to adjust or equalize sounds of many songs in a file or pen/zip drive?

I have about 100 songs but whenever i play these on my pc or in my car music system (through pen/zip drive) i have to adjust the sounds of each song as some play with high sound and some with low sound. Is there any way or any software through which i can adjust their sounds once for all??? OS Win 7

    If you want to change the volume built-in the song, you can use some tool to adjust, but you may could not change all the files one time.
