How to adjust or equalize sounds of many songs in a file or pen/zip drive?

I have about 100 songs but whenever i play these on my pc or in my car music system (through pen/zip drive) i have to adjust the sounds of each song as some play with high sound and some with low sound. Is there any way or any software through which i can adjust their sounds once for all??? OS Win 7

    It seems the songs (about 100) which you have, need to be adjusted as some play loud and some very quiet. And to adjust or equalize sounds of those songs, you will need mp3 normalizer on your pc.
