Help!!! Bump next to nose piercing?!?

I've had my nose pierced for the second time 3 months ago and I've never had a bump. But I know a lot of people who have from changing it to early, playing with it, bad quality jewelry, or it could be your bodies way of trying to heal the piercing. The best thing to do is continue to soak it for 5-10 minutes with non iodized sea salt. You could also use H2Ocean spray and I've heard tea tree oil works great for the bump. It's probably a little bit infected which is okay for now, continue cleaning it twice a day and you should twist it (just once not loads) so it doesn't become stuck on position. Savlon cream or tea tree oil could help as well but just saline or salt water is adequate for cleaning.

A keloid scar wouldn't be pus filled it would be a hard lump so I wouldn't worry about that.

It is most likely a keloid!
