How long for results GYM?

Im doing between 45-60min 6 days a week in the gym tredmill, bike, and waights and eating and drinking healthy im also taking protien shakes with breakfast .before and after workouts i have been going for a week now im 18 and my waight id 16 stone so if i keep this up will waight loss be fast ...?

    It really depends on how hard you work. The harder you work, the better the results. I usually spend at least 2 hours at the gym working and PUSHING myself. Then i have a rest day. I started seeing a difference after 3 weeks, but thats because i push myself. Whenever i feel like stopping, i keep going. Its an amazing feeling.
