Im doing between 45-60min 6 days a week in the gym tredmill, bike, and waights and eating and drinking healthy im also taking protien shakes with breakfast .before and after workouts i have been going for a week now im 18 and my waight id 16 stone so if i keep this up will waight loss be fast ...?

hi im an 18 yr old man since being a young teen i`ve had this problem i never fit in normal jeans i need to get a 40" waist if i want jeans but i just look stupid because im small to i struggle to loose weight to does any one else have this problem and is there any solution to get rid of these problem areas
