Samsung Galaxy Tab crashing, please help?
I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 (GT-P7300). Yesterday when I was turning on my device, it got stuck at the "SAMSUNG" label picture for a really long time. I tried to restart it by pressing the power button and volume down button at the same time, but it didn't work. Then, I accidentally chose the option to install a custom OS and then, it finally turned on, but all the non-default applications are all corrupted and they all had an error. This had happened to me once before, and I don't have any other choice but to reset it to factory settings. But even though that solves the problem, we can all agree that it's a bother to wipe the data once in several months. What can I do to fix the error? Is there anything that can be done to prevent this? And if the problem shall happen again, is there a better way than to wipe all my data? Thanks in advance.
The tablet is rooted, if that information helps.

Your ROM is probably corrupted. Since your tab is rooted. Download Odin and perform a complete new install of the Operating System. Also install a custom Clockworkmod and backup your current ROM (Nandroid Backup). Should any problem persist, unroot your tab and then give it to an authorized service center. Because Rooting voids your warranty (if applicable)
