New car decision: 2014 Rogue vs 2013 Mazda5?

My only requirements are basically 3rd row seating under 25k, I don't want a huge minivan and prefer something compact. the rogue has better features and gas mileage, but mazda 5 is cheaper, which is nice for a growing family on a budget. Both are equally tight in the 3rd row. Which car is better to buy?

Neither.. Look at the chevy traverse AWD.. Best in class engine for durability.. TRUST me the LLT v6 is built like a freight train.. But hums along to a respectable tune with good MPG. It comes with 3rd row seating and will hold its value better than both those cars listed. You can get a low miles 3rd row seating, fully loaded, awd one for around your budget... Nissan= electrical issues.. Mazda=Rebaged ford... and idk if you know but almost everything ford makes right now besides the Coyote engine.. have oil leak, or oil circulation issues... Mazda skyactive tech is a ford designed technology.. Eco boost... w00t.. Honestly I wouldn't drop a dime on any Nissan unless it was a sport coupe, or imported here from Japan it's self...
