New car decision: 2014 Rogue vs 2013 Mazda5?

My only requirements are basically 3rd row seating under $25k, I don't want a huge minivan and prefer something compact. the rogue has better features and gas mileage, but mazda 5 is cheaper, which is nice for a growing family on a budget. Both are equally tight in the 3rd row. Which car is better to buy?

Which crossover vehicles have a 3rd row seat? Need to have the ability to place 3 infant/toddler car seats without getting too tight.

For example, a 2012 Nissan Altima has fuel economy of 23 city/32 highway miles per gallon, and a 20 gallon tank size.

A 2013 Nissan Altima has fuel economy of 27 city/28 highway miles per gallon, and an 18 gallon tank size.

Which is better in the long run financially? Would you have to make more trips to the gas station with the 2013 model?

Currently I have 5 pygmy cories, 4 endlers livebearers, and 1 blue gourami. I had a sunset platy, but he died a few weeks back. I'm looking for a single male or a small school of 2-3 that don't get too big. Any suggestions?

Right now I have 5 pygmy corys that are always hiding, 4 endlers livebearers, and 1 sunset platy. I wanted to get a nice blue gourami, since all the fish I have are so small and hiding, there is plenty of space in there still. Is it ok to get a blue gourami as the final piece?

I have a 2001 Lx Honda accord V4, the air for the heat was not working on settings 1 and 2, only 3 & 4. So I read up and found that the motor blower resistor is the problem. I bought the part and replaced the old one, but the air is still not coming. Now its only coming on the highest setting 4. What could be the problem? I kind of had to pry the cable apart from the old resistor with a screwdriver, I hope that didn't damage the cable. Any advice?

2001 Honda Accord, setting 1 & 2 were not working, only 3 & 4. So I replaced the blower motor resistor with a brand new one. I struggled to remove the cable and used a flat screwdriver to pry it apart, I didn't see any damage. So after replacing, and screwing the piece in, now the air only works for 4. 1, 2, & 3 not working. Any ideas, help please, it is getting cold outside!

Is it recommended to buy a car, good condition, well maintained, good history, low miles, but had 3-4 owners? Is many owners a red flag?

How is the VP model different than the other models? Would the 2000 Civic VP be a good buy?
