Does she like me or what?

i am 25 mixed with black and south american.their is this 13 year old girl she is egyptian.i am not a pedophile because i am going to wait until she is 18 to ask her out.every time she sees me its like her face lights up and her cheek bones turn red.it only happens around when she does it to me.its kind of awkard because i do like her the only problem is that she is 13.if she was 16 then i wouldn't mind.i don' t know why but my heart beats so damn fast around her.this doesn't happen to me very often.what should i do? does she like me or something? how can i be friends with her without any contact to make it look weird?
