Can I have 2 Apple ID accounts on 1 iPad?

    Yes, you can have as many as you like but if you want to use your second account you have to first long out from the account you are logged on to. logging out on in is by done by Settings > iTunes & App Stores, then tap the Apple ID signed in or out

    Its possible just like how Jack mentioned it above. However you will soon find out that this is inconvenient, so it's best to keep one id per device
