How can I bring my ram down on my android?
I recently got a Droid RAZR M. I haven't installed any more apps than what I already had on my Droid incredible 2. A good couple less in fact. however with the RAZR i am always maxing out my ram at 800MB. When i clear it up, the best i can ever get it down to is 550, but then that's before apps run themselves again. I know unused ram is wasted ram, but isnt this a little extreme? my droid 2 never did this and from what I thought, both these phones had almost the same processor.

Well, download an app called "task manager" from android market, allows you to kill all processors and running apps, may I remind you, some internal apps work along side the android operating system, which means they cannot be killed (unless you root your phone, which i do not recommend if you don't understand how to or benefits and disadvantages), also try to close your tabs on chrome, although it might seem that you have closed your browser on your android, but behind the scene the operating system is still running, that's why you never lose your tabs.

You can never have enough RAM. The more the better, keep that RAM, it helps your phone, computer, and other devices run faster.
