Good wifi security camera for home?

Question

Can anyone recommend a good security camera to watch my home on my phone while I'm at work?  I'm considering a Belkin system.  Trying to spend $150 or less.  My phone is a Droid X2.  The purpose of the camera is just to watch the animals and kids indoors while I'm away.  I don't need a security system because I have one.  I just need something to watch what's going on indoors from time to time.  Thanks.
