what is a good I POD to play in the car and sync?

I want a I POD to sync to the car and computer. What do you think is the best brand? The computer is new from Feb and is a hp.THANK YOU FOR ANY HELP YOU CAN GIVE ME.

    An iPod Touch 4th Generation. They go pretty cheap for a brand new one and work pretty damn well if you aren't bothered about iOS 7.
