Actor Paul Walker died, should we blame Almighty God or does this scripture apply?

Eccl 9:11: I returned to see under the sun that the swift do not have the race, nor the mighty ones the battle, nor do the wise also have the food, nor do the understanding ones also have the riches, nor do even those having knowledge have the favor; because time and unforeseen occurrence befall them all.

Update:

The bible promises that those who died has an opportunity to live again

(John 5:28, 29) Do not marvel at this, because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice, and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life, those who practiced vile things to a resurrection of judgment.

Will we put faith in that promise?

It is tragic and sad when someone dies; however we cannot and should not blame God for that.

As the scripture that you quoted brings out " time and unforeseen occurrence befalls us all"

It is doubly sad when a person takes the gift of life so cheaply that they risk it with behavior that certainly can lead to an untimely demise, as in the case of Paul Walker.

There are 2 scriptures I would think applies to your question, Romans 6:7 (For he who has died has been acquitted from [his] sin.) and Acts 24:15 ( and I have hope toward God, which hope these [men] themselves also entertain, that there is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous.).

Time and unfoeseen occurrence befall us all, Christendom's clergy would have you believe that Paul is either in heaven or hell, this is not what the Bible teaches, false religion would tell you God took him, one eye witness said he heard screaming, those that believe that God would do such a thing and cause such pain to someone he was bringing to heaven have minds that are blinded by Satan the devil-the wicked one(2 Co 4:3-4)!

The churches of today are lead by Satan and that makes them agent of Satan (2 Timothy 4:3-4) For there will be a period of time when they will not put up with the healthful teaching, but, in accord with their own desires, they will accumulate teachers for themselves to have their ears tickled; 4 and they will turn their ears away from the truth, whereas they will be turned aside to false stories.

Paul will be brought back in the resurrection, this is what the followers of jesus believed (John 11:24) Martha said to him: “I know he will rise in the resurrection on the last day.”

Martha didn't think her brother was in heaven, she believed what Jesus taught that all will be brought back in the resurrection in the last day just as the scripture you quoted says!

The judgment period is for 1000 years, we will be judged on what we do durring this 1000 years and not what we did this side of Armageddon!

This is why we preach from door to door, we want to tell all the good news of God's Kingdom (Matt 24:14; Dan 2:44)!

Why should we blame "the one true God" He wishes nothing bad on us. If you want to blame then blame the enemy who has brought sin, tragedy and imperfections into this world by tricking Adam and Eve and gaining access control. God is a loving, righteous, gentle, compassionate, etc. God and loves Paul Walker, just as he loves you even though you are asking such a question.

The scriptures are part of the bible, which is supposed to be god's word, so surely you're blaming god either way.

Paul Walker's death was an accident, the cause of which has yet to be ascertained, so blaming it on a deity for which there is precious little evidence does not help.

There are many passages in the bible that says, that if one does not have devotion to God they will die in very frightening ways! Read all of Deuteronomy 28. I'm not saying that Paul was not a practicing christian, I sure hope he was, becuase the bible clearly states many times that if you do not have Jesus in your life, even if you were good - you will go to hell. Blaming God is the devils work. We don't know Paul or what was in in his heart. Whether he had a relationship with Jesus or not.

Hebrews 9:27 - "It is appointed unto men once to die and after that the judgment."

Paul had an appointment and he kept it. Hopefully he was ready.

Sounds like you probably want to blame the driver.

Why blame God, and not the creator of evil?

  • No, this scripture applies:

Buy a fancy sports car and drive it too fast, and you risk death.

To drive fast or with CAUTION...that is the question..!
