(Matt 28:18) (AS) 18. And Jesus came to them and spake unto them, saying, All authority hath been given unto me in heaven and on earth,

1 Corinthians 15:24 Then cometh the end, when he shall deliver up the kingdom to God, even the Father, when he shall have abolished all rule and all authority and power.

25 For he must reign, till he hath put all his enemies under his feet,

26 The last enemy that shall be abolished is death. (Rev 20:14)

27 For, He put all things in subjection under his feet. But when he saith, All things are put in subjection, it is evident that he is excepted who did subject all things unto him.

28 And when all things have been subjected unto him, then shall the Son also himself be subjected to him that did subject all things unto him, that God may be all in all.

It would seem to reason to me that anyone who can read especially verse 28 that Jesus subjects himself to his Father! This is why Jesus said this

(John 14:28) Ye heard how I said to you, I go away, and I come unto you. If ye loved me, ye would have rejoiced, because I go unto the Father: for the Father is greater than I.

He died some 1000 years before Christ and was an Egyptian, the book Egyptian Religion, Siegfried Morenz notes: “The trinity was a major preoccupation of Egyptian theologians. Three gods are combined and treated as a single being, addressed in the singular. In this way the spiritual force of Egyptian religion shows a direct link with Christian theology.” We know that the Egyptian reincarnation belief is a pagan belief!

Thus, in Alexandria, Egypt, churchmen of the late third and early fourth centuries, such as Athanasius, reflected this influence as they formulated ideas that led to the Trinity. Their own influence spread, so that Morenz considers “Alexandrian theology as the intermediary between the Egyptian religious heritage and Christianity.

Notice that men “Not God’s word formulated the idea that let to the trinity;” “Egypt, churchmen of the late third and early fourth centuries, such as Athanasius, reflected this influence as they formulated ideas that led to the Trinity”.

Jesus himself said at John 12:50) “And I know that his commandment means everlasting life. So whatever I speak, I speak just as the Father has told me.”

Historian Will Durant observed: “Christianity did not destroy paganism; it adopted it. From Egypt came the ideas of a divine trinity.” In the preface to Edward Gibbon’s History of Christianity, we read: “If Paganism was conquered by Christianity, it is equally true that Christianity was corrupted by Paganism.

When a person seeks truth they can not get their own beliefs ahead of what the Bible says! Yet we find almost every Christian religion worshipping the trinity, the trinity did not originate in Jesus’ teaching, compare these scriptures!

(John 4:23 AS) But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and truth: for such doth the Father seek to be his worshippers.

At 1 Corinthians 11:3 we are told: But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ, and the head of the woman is man; and the head of Christ is God!

And what does John 14:28 say (AS) 28 Ye heard how I said to you, I go away, and I come unto you. If ye loved me, ye would have rejoiced, because I go unto the Father: for the Father is greater than!

Don’t you think that this is why Jesus said at Matt 6:9 that we are to make Hallowed his Father’s name? (9 After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father who art un heaven, Hallowed be thy name.

Historians, who have researched history will tell you this: Historian Will Durant observed: “Christianity did not destroy paganism; it adopted it. So why does Christian religions today only worship Jesus as their God? When both the Bible and findings of historians show it to be of pagan origin!

their coming to know you, the only true God, and the one whom you sent, Jesus Christ

Verse (3) in most Bibles: And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou has sent.

How are the churches of today coming to know, the only true God, as Jesus said? The latter part of verse 3 Jesus says, and the one whom you sent, referring to himself!

Today every church, save one, only follow part b of John 17:3. Don’t you find this strange especially when you read Matthew 6:9 where in the Lord’s prayer where Jesus says to sanctify, make Holy, God’s name?

So what gives?

2nd Q. In verse 24 who is the one that hands over the Kingdom to his God and Father?

3rd Q. Who rules as King until God until God has brought all governments(Dan 2:44) all authority & power to nothing? (vs 25)

4th Q. What is brought to nothing (vs 26-Revelation 20:14)

5th Q. Who subjected al things under whose feet? (vs 27-Matt 28:18)

6th Q. When all things are subject to him who does the Son subject himself to? (vs 28)

(Php 2:9) Wherefore also God highly exalted him, and gave unto him the name which is above every name;

(Heb 1:4) having become by so much better than the angels, as he hath inherited a more excellent name than they.

(Matthew 3:17) and lo, a voice out of the heavens, saying. This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.

(Luke 3:22) and the Holy Spirit descended in a bodily form, as a dove, upon him, and a voice came out of heaven, Thou art my beloved Son; in thee I am well pleased.

(Hebrews 9:24) For Christ entered not into a holy place made with hands, like in pattern to the true; but into the heaven itself, now to appear before the face of God for us:

(Matthew 26:36) Then cometh Jesus with them unto a place called Gethsemane, and saith unto his disciples, Sit ye here, while I go yonder and pray

(Mark6:46; 14:32) And after he had taken leave of them, he departed into the mountain to pray. (32) And they come unto a place which was named Gethsemane: and he saith unto his disciples, Sit ye here, while I pray.

(Luke 6:12) And it came to pass in these days, that he went out into the mountain to pray; and he continued all night in prayer to God.

(Hebrews 1:9) Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; Therefore God, thy God, hath anointed thee With the oil of gladness above thy fellows.

(Matthew 24:36) But of that day and hour knoweth no one, not even the angels of heaven, neither the Son, but the Father only.

(Col 1:15) who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation; (Revelation 3:14) And to the angel of the church in Laodicea write: These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God:

1st (NWT Hebrews 5:7) 7 During his life on earth, Christ offered up supplications and also petitions, with strong outcries and tears, to the One who was able to save him out of death, and he was favorably heard for his godly fear .AND (American Standard Heb 5:7) Who in the days of his flesh, having offered up prayers and supplications with strong crying and tears unto him that was able to save him from death, and having been heard for his godly fear,

It says Jesus has godly fear and at Heb 1:9 we read: You loved righteousness, and you hated lawlessness. That is why God, your God, anointed you with the oil of exultation more than your companions.”(NWT) and 7 Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; Therefore God, thy God, hath anointed thee With the oil of gladness above thy fellows. (American Standard)

That is written at John 12:28, at Matt 6:9 Jesus says: After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father who art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.

Both of these scriptures tells us that Jesus was concerned about his Father’s name, why do the Christian churches today make Jesus God and ignore what Jesus himself considered the most important thing for his followers to do? Perhaps 2 Timothy 4:2-4 is the answer!

(3 For the time will come when they will not endure the sound doctrine; but, having itching ears, will heap to themselves teachers after their own lusts; 4 and will turn away their ears from the truth, and turn aside unto fables.)

American Standard

1st scripture (Matt 6:9) 9 After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father who art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. (Hallowed= hä-gē-ä'-zō ) its meaning: to render or acknowledge, or to be venerable or hallow; Jesus is talking about his heavenly Father, just how is the Christian faiths acknowledging Jesus’ Father’s name??

2nd scripture (Matt 11:25) At that season Jesus answered and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that thou didst hide these things from the wise and understanding, and didst reveal them unto babes:

(Father, Lord of heaven and earth; Father (pä-tā'r)) its meaning: generator or male ancestor; Jesus himself is acknowledges he has a Father and his Father is the “Lord”of heaven and earth! Just how is the Christian faiths acknowledging that Jesus’ Father is the Lord of heaven and earth?

3rd scripture (Matt 11:27) All things have been delivered unto me of my Father: and no one knoweth the Son, save the Father; neither doth any know the Father, save the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son willeth to reveal him. Jesus tell us that all things have been delivered unto him by his Father (delivered unto me(Jesus) of my Father= (pä-rä-dē'-dō-mē) Its meaning; to give into the hands (of another) Just how is the Christian faiths of today teaching that what Jesus taught came from his Father?

.....even the things which must shortly come to pass: and he sent and signified it by his angel unto his servant John;

This being a revelation of Jesus Christ, revelation meaning: a disclosure of truth, instruction, which was given to him by GOD! In Revelation we see when explaining this revelation that was given by the true God to hid only begotten Son Jesus Christ what’s the difference between symbolic verses and those that we are to take literal?

... And he shall declare judgment to the Gentiles. (American Standard)

The prophet Isaiah prophesied as much at Isaiah 61:1, again the American Standard Bible: (The Spirit of the Lord Jehovah is upon me; because Jehovah hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the broken-hearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;)

Just what is this spirit that is being talked about [Matt 3:16]

at Matt 6:9 Jesus says to sanctify his Father's name, that means to make holy his Father's name! Why haven't Christendom's clergy does this?
