I’m quoting two scriptures, would anyone who has scriptural knowledge please explain there meaning?

Matthew 28:18-Jesus has authority over his congregation, and since 1914 he has had authority over God’s newly established Kingdom. (Colossians 1:13; Revelation 11:15) He is the archangel and as such commands a heavenly army of hundreds of millions of angels. (1 Thessalonians 4:16; 1 Peter 3:22; Revelation 19:14-16) He has been empowered by his Father to bring to nothing “all government and all authority and power” that oppose righteous principles. (1 Corinthians 15:24-26; Ephesians 1:20-23) Jesus’ authority is not limited to the living. He is also “judge of the living and the dead” and has God-given power to resurrect those who have fallen asleep in death. (Acts 10:42; John 5:26-28) Surely a command given by the One vested with such vast authority should be viewed as of the highest importance. Therefore, we respectfully and willingly obey Christ’s command to ‘go and make disciples.’ 1 Cor 15:24-28-The purpose of the Son’s rule will have been accomplished. He will then, with deep satisfaction, return his authority to Jehovah and present to him the perfected human family. 17 There can be no better description of the grand climax than the words “that God may be all things to everyone.” What does that mean? Think back to the time in Eden when the perfect humans, Adam and Eve, were a part of Jehovah’s peaceful and harmonious universal family. Jehovah, the Universal Sovereign, ruled directly over all his creation, angelic and human. They were able to communicate with him personally, worship him, and be blessed by him. He was “all things to everyone.”

18 That harmonious relationship was interrupted when humans, influenced by Satan, rebelled against Jehovah’s sovereignty. Since 1914, however, the Messianic Kingdom has been taking progressive steps to restore that unity and harmony. (Eph. 1:9, 10) During the Thousand Year Reign, marvelous things presently “unseen” will be brought to reality. Then comes “the end,” that is, the close of Christ’s Millennial Reign. What will happen then? Though given “all authority . . . in heaven and on the earth,” Jesus is not ambitious. He has no intention of usurping Jehovah’s place. He humbly “hands over the kingdom to his God and Father.” He will use his unique position and authority “to the glory of God.”​—Matt. 28:18; Phil. 2:9-11.

19 By then, the earthly subjects of the Kingdom will have been brought to perfection. They will follow Jesus’ example and humbly and willingly acknowledge Jehovah’s sovereignty. They will have the opportunity to demonstrate their desire to do that by successfully passing the final test. (Rev. 20:7-10) Thereafter, all rebels​—human and spirit—​will be eliminated forever. What a joyful and jubilant time that will be! The entire universal family will happily praise Jehovah, who will be “all things to everyone.”​—Read Psalm 99:1-3.

Very good question which reveals the Godhead and the plan of 

Salvation.All Power reveals that the Seven{ perfection} Spirits

Before the Throne have been given to Jesus. This reversal of 

Power where the Lord laid down His Divinity { Philippians 2,v.8}

is clearly demonstrates that Jesus is equal to the Godhead.

Jesus is beginning to be glorified. Jesus is bringing the plan of 

Salvation to fruition.

When He hands over the Kingdom to God,Jesus will be in His

proper position. Jesus on His Own Authority will Judge all

creation including the seed of satan.His position as Judge

will indicate that He is to receive the exact same Value as 

What is given to the Father {John 5}.

 This submission and perfect Humility is the Work of Jesus 

to insure that sin will be no more.His sheep will now have

the perfect example to study for Eternity,how to Worship

Theos.Yehoshua will then sit in His rightful place at the 

Right of the Father.All of the original Creation will know

Jesus is Theos.

I'm going to be really blunt. I think we have a case of poor reading comprehension that rivals Granny Norine.

1 Q Who is this scripture say is speaking and what is he given?

The Scripture explicitly teaches us that Jesus is speaking.

The Scripture explicitly teaches us that Jesus ***had already*** been given all authority in Heaven and on Earth.

2nd Q. In verse 24 who is the one that hands over the Kingdom to his God and Father?

Christ (which you can learn by reading the previous verse).

3rd Q.  Who rules as King until God until God has brought all governments(Dan 2:44) all authority & power to nothing?

Christ (which, again, you can learn by reading v 23).

4th Q. What is brought to nothing

The passage teaches us explicitly that death is brought to nothing.

5th Q. Who subjected al things under whose feet?

The passage teaches us explicitly that God subjects all things under Christ's feet.

6th Q. When all things are subject to him who does the Son subject himself to?

His God and Father.

Conclusion: seriously...if you have such difficult reading this fairly straightforward set of passages, then answers will not avail you, because the answers are copied from the Scriptures themselves which plainly teach the answers to your questions.

The Lord - Son

One - Oneness in Spirit.

Mt. 28:18, Jesus is saying that He has been given authority by the Father to make disciples of His followers. He is now giving that authority to them in the form of the sacrament of baptism of other true followers of the Way. Jesus is authorizing his disciples to make disciples of others.

DISCIPLES WERE ABOUT TO TAKE THE PASSOVER WITH THEIR LORD..

2ND REF PAUL POINTS OUT THAT THE RESURRECTED CHRIST WILL CONQUER ALL EVIL INCLUDING DEATH.

It's all about this earth, what's going on here.

Jesus was given ALL authority here, how He does everything here.

I think all judgement is given, conferred on Him.

Jesus came here, lived here, saw, experienced what we do, saw the injustice,  knows how to judge it, run it.

You've seen what the world powers are like.  All corruption is destroyed.

When accomplished,  Jesus hands it all back to the Godhead.

Jesus is part of the Godhead, but He steps down once His mission is complete.
