Even the KJV has Jesus using God's name in the N.T.

Mat 22:44  The LORD said unto my Lord,

What is interesting Jesus nor his apostles, or anyone else in the 1st century 'uttered the name Jesus'.

The name 'Jesus' never crossed any lips of anyone in the 1st - 17th centuries.

Even the original KJV used Iesus'

Matt 2:1 Now when Iesus was borne in Bethlehem of Iudea, in the dayes of Herod the king, behold, there came Wise men from the East to Hierusalem,

Yes, it is true Jehovah has many titles, but God has only one personal name, In English this name is Jehovah.

Some people think Jehovah is not mentioned in the KJVersion. Notice that is a VERSION of the Bible, not a translation. Even if it has numerous mistakes, it still contains God's name, Jehovah in the following scriptures; Genesis 22:14, Exodus 6:3, Exodus 17:15, Judges 6:24, Psalms 83:18 and Isaiah 26:4.

    #1

    - see the (many) definitions of the word "name" in any standard English dictionary

    or

    - see the (many) definitions of the Greek word translated "name" in any reputable Greek lexicon

(Hint: OFTEN the word, both in English and in Koine Greek, is used to mean something other than "personal name")

#2 - The Bible does not give us a name for the Father that is unique to the Father (despite what you imagine and wish were true). For example: compare Heb 1:10-12 to Psa 102:22-27

#3 - You are - by standard English definition - part of Christendom. It's silly to condemn your own purported clergy as you have done.

Strange, because your organization puts a name on Jesus lips that he never said. Meantime, God has hundreds of names, all of which testify to him. Jesus came to declare the greatness of the Lord, not the personal name of the Lord.

Thank you for the opportunity to clarify a most important point.

John17,26:And I have declared unto them Thy Name. To declare

means to make known, to reveal. How did Jesus do this most

meaningful work right before our eyes and few have perceived nor

understood. We learn more from Mathew 11,27:No one knoweth the

Son,but the Father. How can anyone say that Jesus is an angel if no

one knows but the Father? Is not this blasphemy?"Neither knoweth

any man the Father save the Son,and He to whomsoever the Son

will reveal Him. It is clear so far that Jesus is the Way to the Father.

And Jesus has said that He has declared His Name. Yehoshoah

meaning Jehovah my Saviour is how the son reveals the Father's Name

to all those whose Name is in the book of Life. All large companies do

this, Eaton's and Son's. I f you know the son you then get to know Mr..Eaton.

When Jesus rode through Jerusalem fulfilling the prophecy in Zechariah

9,9: Behold they King cometh unto thee, and blessed is He that cometh in

    the Name of Jehovah.

Well they're afraid of the name Jehovah like King James was afraid of the name Jehovah when he took it out of the Bible

"Christendom" is a term used almost exclusively by JWs and/or Mormons, who have no room to talk.

Because they love children, if you know what I mean ;)

Jesus may have been quoting Ps 22:22. St John's gospel often references OT scripture, since his Gospel is aimed at the Hebrews. He proves in many ways how Christ is the long-awaited Messiah.
