If people die while on the influence of marijuana, whose fault is it?
If people are dumb or irresponsible with any substance that is otherwise safe, they will die. I just want some clarity on the question with maybe even some science or practical examples thrown in the answer.

About the only way to die while under the influence of pot is to EAT yourself to death. And I've never heard of that happening.

It's their own fault.
It's not possible to die from pot. You couldn't possible smoke enough to die. But, if you did something stupid like get high and then mow your lawn, you could have problems operating the lawn mower. And that would be your own fault. Even when high you should have enough sense to not operate dangerous equipment.
