  • If people die while on the influence of marijuana, whose fault is it?

If people are dumb or irresponsible with any substance that is otherwise safe, they will die. I just want some clarity on the question with maybe even some science or practical examples thrown in the answer.

  • My kindergardener having trouble in school?

My brother is in kindergarten and this school year, he's been having trouble in school, specifically gym class. To be frank, he's been babied around his entire life, always getting whatever he wants, and that style of parenting always made me angry, not because he got what he wanted, but because it was a bad method of parenting. That information is relevant because during gym class this year, every time he doesn't get his way, he gets angry and stops playing. As a result, other kids don't want to play with him. Keep in mind that I only know what's going on through the notes his teachers send our family. Then he began to fake a tummy ache and not play, or just sit in the corner and not play. He also argues with the gym teacher, and his normal homeroom teacher. I've talked to him a week ago, and for the next couple days, his behavior increased. I'm assuming he doesn't want to play in gym is because since he fussed when he didn't get his way, kids stopped liking him. Now no one wants to play with him or people are making fun of him for fussing which is causing him to want to sit out. I think the best way of figuring out the problem is having his/my mom privately and nicely asking him why he doesn't want to play. Any ideas on how to address this situation?

  • Method to make toast in school locker?

Brethren of religion and spirituality, I like toast. I want toast. I want it while i'm at school. What would be the best method for making toast in my locker? Is there a rechargeable portable power outlet that i can charge at home, take it to school with a toaster and plug it in? Or are there portable battery operated toasters? Cheap method preferred. This is not a troll. I'm asking here as well as the cooking section because I'm emotionally attached to Religion & Spirituality of YA.

  • So what exactly is ROTC?

From what I understand, you can choose between army, airforce, e.t.c. I would choose military and from what i know, you do army related things WHILE you're in college and at the end, they pay for a majority or all of your tuition costs. Some colleges provide free rooms if you're in ROTC so that leaves u with books and living costs. Tell me what I don't know please.

He made a sarcastic threat just like we all do, but he gets put into solitary confinement for it and has not had a trial yet for 5 months.

  • Question about sets and working out?

So when I look up workout routines on the internet, it'll give you a few exercise and have the number of sets next to them. Does this mean I do all sets of one exercise at the same time, or move to the next exercise after each set?

  • How does the idea of a church without god sound?

What if society had churches, but did not worship any god or such, but just shared inspiring stories and such to spread morale?

  • Questions regarding creatine and protein shakes?

So I got creatine and I have some questions. On the jar, it says to drink it immediately after a work out. Upon doing more research, people and the research itself said best results came when a person drunk half of the creatine before or during the workout and the other half after the work out. I'm probably going to end up doing the half and half thing. I also drink protein shakes and I was wondering if it's okay to drink both of them or mix in both the protein powder and creatine into one shake. I also discovered through some research that it's best to use creatine for 8 weeks and then take 4 weeks off creatine.Any feedback is appreciated, thanks.
