If people die while on the influence of marijuana, whose fault is it?

Well, I suppose if they die while under the influence of marijuana because, say, someone shoots them, then it would be the shooter's fault. If they wreck their car due to intoxication, then it's their fault for driving impaired. If they have a heart attack (weed isn't known (so far as I'm aware) for causing heart attacks), then it might be the fault of a long habit of inhaling big greasy burgers with a side of fries as the vegetable.

What exactly do you want to know? Your question isn't very clear. I'm guessing you want some vindication for weed as a health food? Maybe -- if you eat it in a salad, but as it contains a pesticidal component, I don't think I want to share your meal. Smoking anything at all is bad news for your health, and smoking psychoactive compounds is very bad news for lungs and brain. Sorry, but weed ought to be made into rope and drugs for the terminally ill, not used to make the room look funny and the donuts taste better.

People can't die from marijuana only. It has been used medicine for thousands of years in ancient societies. It is safer to smoke than nicotine. Safer than drinking alcohol. All that I mentioned above are facts and there are many websites that show this has been proven the above scientifically by scientists. The real reason why it is illegal is that it can be grown easliy almost everywhere and the government doesn't want that. Because they won't be able to make money off of it.

The only way someone would think they are Superman and jump off a building is it the weed was laced or wasn't weed at all. If they smoked wet(PCP) maybe. I had a friend who smoked wet and fell off of a building and died. I smoked weed for over 12 years and never heard of anyone getting so high they died. Weed is not that kind of drug.

1. You're more likely die from smoking tobacco than you are from smoking marijuana. It isn't really as bad as people make it out to be. But there is the possibility that you could do something stupid and kill yourself while you are high.

If you drive a car into the side of a bus, it is your fault.

If you are a passenger in a car that drives into the side of a bus, it is the drivers fault.

Substance use neither excuses nor worsens responsibilities for your actions. You are responsible for what you do.

my much loved nefew just died from and over does of drugs. He was very sad, he was 26 years old. In John 5:28 it says those in God's memory will be resurrected to live on earth forever. Would he be in God's memory to come back to life? Or will he never be back?

Depends on the circumstances. Were they in a plane crash? Pilot error or equipment failure are possible. Did they set their house on fire lighting a joint? Very unlikely, but one of the few scenarios in which death can be indirectly linked to pot smoking.

Just like drinking too much water will drown you.

Just like eating too much pie can make you fat and give you a heart attack.

Just like driving too fast and hitting a wall can crush you.

Anything and everything can kill you. Don't blame a plant for your own stupidity.
