Help with a bad sunburn?

Ok so it is currently Wednesday, on Sunday I spent all day in the sun and got pretty badly sunburnt. I have blisters on my shoulders and the whole thing is so painful. Like I said its Wednesday so it's day 3 and the areas are still really hot to touch. I can't move my arms without pain, and my skin feels really tight. I put aloe vera cream on it, but I'm only able to put it on in the morning and night because my boss at work won't let me have time off and continues to give me 6-7 hour shifts while I'm in a lot of physical pain. I am really fair skinned so I burn easily, but this is the worst sunburn I've ever had and I am in a lot of pain. Any advice on how to clear it up? And how long will it take for it to go away?

You need to have a sponge bath with white vinegar...

    it smells awful,

    BUT

it will take the sting away

and you will feel 100% better

Take some nsaid's, drink LOTS of water, stay out of sun, refrigerate your aloe so its cold.

Go see a doctor if your blisters are infected with puss or your having chills, headach, or nausea. Severe sunburn can be treated at home usually but it will take at least 4-5 days for the pain to diminish.
