Need help with graphics card?
I am looking at buy a new graphics card for my computer, currently using EVGA Geforce GTX 650. Looking to upgrade to the EVGA Geforce GTX 760. Just need help, my boyfriend says I want a graphics card with a high bit, but the only ones I see with a high bit are older graphics card.
So is it better to have a higher or lower bit?

The 760 would be the logical choice and a major improvement, however see if you can still get hold of a oc version gtx670 or even a 680 on the cheap, there should still be a few floating about and not much more expensive than the 760, they are actually better than the 760.
I think your BF was referring to the memory data bus width which in the case of the 760 is 256bit which should be enough as the memory and core clocks are pretty high. Go for one with the custom 2 or 3 fan coolers, they are nice and quiet.
-And if you already have a 500w psu you wont even have to upgrage it as all those cards will all run on a 500w psu
