Will eating one bagel everday cause me to gain weight?
I'm trying to have a healthy diet but Im struggling A LOT with my breakfast options. anyway, I figured I would eat a blueberry bagel (they are my passion lol) but can I eat one every morning? with just a little cream cheese, (fat free cream cheese) or will that make me gain weight? ): thnx in advance...

Eating small portions, often helps your metabolism. Eating a good breakfast helps jump start your metabolism and will also help you eat a small lunch.

I weighed the bagels from the store. One bagel was the same as four portions. If you want bagels, halve twice. Otherwise, it sets off a chain reaction of desiring more carbs. Currently, am not having any more. Break out your food scale and see what they weigh.

As long as you eat under your maintenance caloric intake for a day you will loose weight no matter how healthy or unhealthy you eat.
if you can eat 2000 calories daily and loose weight, it dosent matter if that 2000 calories is in cookies or carrots, 2000 calories are 2000 calories.
