Would you say boxing is more tougher than rugby?

is it tougher? yes it is, the pressure to keep yourself safe is tremendous compared to rugby...

Having done both - I felt in control when on a one to one situation in the boxing ring. I had more injuries from Rugby. But loved the game.

You mean tougher not more tougher lol, you should be fine, they won't have you spar right away anyways but if you want to be good you've got to be dedicated
