Bubbles in bed. How it works?

Now I have bought a waterbed and it seams too hard for me. I thought about the bubbles. Could bubbles help to solve this problem? I have old aquarium with equipment. Can I use aquarium bubbulator in my water bed to make it softer? Will it make a lot of noise? Or maybe I just need to carbonate the water? Or shouldn't I use water? Maybe glycerine is softier? its density is lower than water.

Thanks for your time and answers.

I'm pretty sure Goldilocks had the same problem... but she let some of the water out of the bed, and it worked great! Hope it works for you too.. if not, enjoy the bubbles!
