No. The most powerful force on this planet is, sad to say, manipulation. Breasts are just another tool to help just like legs, behinds, and other body parts.

I agree with Jennifer. I used to live in Germany and saw a woman having a barbeque topless in her front yard and in broad daylight. I don't really find them that powerful though. They can get women let into clubs from time, out of traffic tickets here and there and most commonly free drinks at pubs or clubs, but never would they be strong enough to for example make a man cut off his penis.

Not really. To an American male they may seem like it. In Europe their just another body part like knee caps or toes. You see them on the beaches and in the parks all summer long so it's no big deal to them.

Just big enough to show that the person is a woman and not flat chested male-copy. Relatively smaller is much sexier in my opinion than big and fake.
