Why are todays college graduates so dumb?

time and time again i hear people say that the college graduates with the all mighty degree can't even begin to their job even having a degree in the same field their working in. And the same dummies are put in positions above the people with the knowledge and experience,and those people are forced to do their job and the job of the college dummy. My family after years of growing a business and expansion brought in a college business professor to manage the business and in about a year put the business in bankruptcy. Due to the fact the he couldn't put his book smarts into everyday real business.
