I recently found out that a teacher, neighbors and school mates parents filed complaints about my ex-wife's behavior and my ex's mother was informed about the complaints and was asked to speak on her behalf.

What type of complaints would they be? where would you file a complaint like that? and would there be public records of these complaints?

i have had custody issues over the last year and have spent my savings to get custody of daughter because of abuse. Now the grandma who was admittedly aware of the abuse wants visitation, but now i have no money. I have tried to find cheap legal services and have had no luck. I know that there is legal help for women, but none for men. what can i do?

And the same dummies are put in positions above the people with the knowledge and experience,and those people are forced to do their job and the job of the college dummy. My family after years of growing a business and expansion brought in a college business professor to manage the business and in about a year put the business in bankruptcy. Due to the fact the he couldn't put his book smarts into everyday real business.

It all started in 2003 when i divorced from my daughters mother. Where i tried to explain to the court that my ex was diagnosed with sever depression and sever OCD, and suffering post pardom depression, but due to false statements from my ex i was limited to no custody, with limited visitation( 4 hours every other week).

Approximately a year ago the mother of my ex called and in formed me of that my daughter was at home with her mom that she was acting crazy and my daughter was really scared. I told the grandma to go get my daughter and call the police.My ex was hospitalized and the home was in hoarder conditions. I was granted emergency custody. After speaking with Child protective services and lawyer, The grandma and I agreed to keep my Daughter in familiar surroundings until the end of the school year and stay close to friends.

over the next few months as my daughter and grandma became increasingly more comfortable with me, details of the grandma admittedly had been aware of not just one home but three in hoarder conditions. Even my ex, daughter, grandma and grandpa lived in the same home and the grandma and grandpa moved due to continuous fighting between my daughter 7 and her mom 39.She also admitted know of my ex's mental health. I also started receiving more and more phone calls and text messages from my daughter, telling me her grandma was calling her stupid and that me and my family didn't care about her and that my daughter was the cause of her physical illness and arguing non stop with an 11 year old. This women has 4 adult children, 3 refuse to talk to her. " truthfully i thought my daughter was exaggerating". than around4 months after my ex was hospitalized the grandma calls up, mind you i dropped my daughter at grandma less than 24 hours earlier, and the grandma says come pick your daughter out now i want her out were she told me i am both mentally and physically unable to care for my daughter.

Due to the fact i am unemployed and i spent all of my savings for the custody of my daughter and trying to deny grand parenting time, the grandma was awarded grand parenting time. The judge didn't even look at my response and none of the statements made by my daughter were even questioned. The judge did interview my daughter but didn't ask any thing about the statements she made the treatment from grandma or anything to due with her grandma just basically if she wanted to see her grandma and she said yes. the judge based his decision on that one question. I asked my daughter if she new that the way her grandma was treating her was wrong and she said yes. I than asked her than why do you want to see her and she said she missed her. I came to the conclusion that the abuse was all my daughter really knew.
