I really like this guy a lot and I I'm pretty sure he likes me too but now Im not sure if he still likes me because I haven't heard from him. Should I text him again and ask him why he acting weird? why he doesn't return my text? is it common to text him again because I deserve an explanation, he cant just walk away ...

Sure he can walk away. You don't own him, and aren't in a real relationship with him.
If he's ignoring you, it's for a reason, may be he did like you, but it seems not anymore.
Asking him why, won't change much, assuming he actually answers your text.
It's time to face the reality, if wanted to keep in touch with you, he would have.
You just have to accept this and move on. Knowing his reason, may not help you do that anyway.
