Acme Oyster House for bbq oysters in FQ. the aquarium in FQ. the zoo. City park and the restaurant there. Crescent City Brewhouse for NO food and beer in FQ. Walk thru the cemeteries at the end of Canal St. Shop on Magazine St. Ride the streetcar to the end of the line and sit on the same side of the streetcar going back to town. Buy a walking tour of St Louis cemeteries in FQ. French Market in FQ. Maple Leaf Bar for music. House of blues in FQ for music and food. Molly's in FQ for beer.

Don't drink too much..You won't want to waste a day hung over.

Bourbon street is wild and fun but don't neglect the side streets. Lots of cool lounges and even a live reggae club on one of the side streets (I forget which street.) Schedule a haunted homes tour, cemetery tour and levees tour. Check out the house of novelist Anne Rice, it's very pretty. Go on an alligator swamp tour if you're feeling adventurous. Skip the beignets at Cafe Du Monde...really overrated. Try to have lunch or dinner at least once at Red Fish Grill. The food at Drago's is good too. Funerals are like a party in NOLA so have fun trying on hats and masks at some of the funeral stores. There's a brewery near the square too. You'll like it.

French Quarter. Take a ghost tour of the grave yards. Enjoy many of the regional dishes. Gumbo, Jambalaya, Craw fish pie, etc. Tour the Marie Leveau house.

Eat seafood. Go to Jackson Square. Be careful, very careful. And of course, Burbon Street.

Just hang out on Bourbon Street. Check out the movie night in the naked pool at The Country Club!
