I'm kind of disappointed that you didn't really take in what I said last time, but I'll say it again. The key to these problems is that the sum of the probabilities is 1. Therefore, we know that c+3c+c^2+c^2+15/32=1. This is just the quadratic equation 2c^2+4c-17/32=0. Solve this using quadratic formula and we get c=1/8 or -17/8. However, obviously the probability of an event isn't going to be negative, so the only possible value for c is 1/8.
