My heart is beating 20 beats faster than normal??
I hear the normal hearbeat is like maybe 70? or 80? well today, after I ate some food. My heart beat raised to about 95. Is that really abnormal? or is that normal? I don't want to go to the doctor... I really don''t think I have any problems. But I haven't been working out and I guess I have been eating a lot of junk food, Could that be the cause??. I'm not scared or anything, No anxiety. I'm sitting and its beating like 95 beats per minute. Is that normal after eating?

It is normal. Heart rate often increases after food as more blood/minute is required for digestion
