Can anyone find me some cheap Brown Japanese School Shoes?

They're penny loafers practically, but all the ones I see in american stores aren't similar to the Japanese ones. A lot of the ones in the online stores look like grandma shoes. lol 
Does anyone know an online store that sells shoes similar to the japanese school shoes/anime school shoes.

For women, of course.
