Pros:Processor(Dual Core Snapdragon S4 pro)
GPU(Adreno 305)
Windows phone 8
Screen Resolution 4.0(480x800)
8gb Internal memory
No Lag
No hang
Good low light photography
Cons:
No flash
Ram 512mb
Result:its a very good buy at that price .it has no flash and only 512mb RAM but at that price you shouldn't expect a perfect phone

Mate,
This is not a bad phone if you have budget constraint but 520 is bit old kinda phone. Lumia 620 is a good phone if you can increase your budget a little.
This is my personal experience with my own Lumia 520.
Pros
Affordable, Not very expensive.
Decent bundled apps.
Expandable storage.
Swappable battery.
Free offline voice-guided navigation.
Loud Speakers are very good.
Processor is very fast.
User interface is smooth.
Screen can be operated with gloves, not many phones can be operated with gloves.
Cons
Mediocre call quality.
No front-facing camera.
Lacks built-in flash.
Poor WVGA LCD display.
Windows Phone app store still lags rivals like Google Play Store or Apple's store.
RAM is low. You will find 512 MB quiet less if you will play bigger games.
Headphone is not of good quality.
Battery is little lower side.
But I am still telling you , if you are not willing to increase your budget then this phone won't disappoint you.
