Nokia Lumia 520 is your best choice.
Pros: Good battery life
Lots of apps
5 mp fixed focus camera
4" WVGA screen
Windows 8
Cons: Only 512 MB RAM but it shouldn't bother much due to its dual core processor.

why can't you go for nokia lumia 520 . it comes with 4 inches touch screen , windows 8 o.s. , 8gb sky drive memory , and the most affordable one of r.s. 10,000
