Does my guy bestfriend like me?

Reasons he may

- loves to spoil me even though I say no to anything he wants to buy me

Just paid for my return flights to his state for his 21st birthday

-Gets all cuddly n clingy when he's drunk and were alone

-We got a little dirty n before we did anything he kept asking me a million times if I wanted to stop n also didn't ask or pressure me into anything

After his party we carried him into his room, he wanted everyone to leave except me n just wanted to spoon lol( he was heavily drunk)

Calls me 3-4 times a week

This morning before his mum took me to the airport he held me down in bed and cuddled me until I made him let go

Reasons he may not

- I felt ignored all day before his 21st party , he was hung over and just sat there playing ps3 until his friends arrived, he then went off with them

At his party he kinda ignored me but not as much during the day

He's explained that he likes that we can be great friends and tell each other anything n do dirty things but it doesn't mean it will lead to a relationship

I hate feeling so confused
