In 2013 and beyond. Your average worker will need to operate as an independent contractor, hiring out his labour to different companies.

An average working week will see him do 10 hours for one company on a Monday.

Six hours for another on a Wednesday.

12 hours for another on a Saturday.

The money will be good but inconsistent.

This is the new age of work, it's time to embrace this new Paradigm.

This is a trick question, right? I mean, there are jobs typical American wouldn't even consider, yet some immigrant grateful for the opportunity gladly accepts it. Was that job stolen? If so, by whom, from whom?

Outsourcing as form of "theft" - consider the consumer dynamic. So, people complain about high prices, turn to imports over domestic brands. Domestic manufacturers can't compete with cheap imports, so, they outsource to compete. Consumers now complain they have no jobs at home.

Automation - well, this could be argued several ways, so, will skip it.

Governments and bankers are conspiring together to steal money which if put into businesses would have created jobs. There is no legitimate reason for the U.S. or Canada or Britain to ever have gone even $1 into debt to the thieving bankers. It's madness. A very successful country has been destroyed.
