it really depends on your driving style and where you live.

personally i would avoid the maserati. it lacks performance and has too high maintenance costs for what it brings.

the ferrari 360 is also quite aged and lacks power (the F430, its replacement has already been replaced by the 458).

really the competition is between the 911, the GT-R and the R8.

I really like the R8 because it looks great drives amazing and is a proper supercar (many people who dont know it well will think it costs much more)

I got to drive a rented v8 r8 and i had the time of my life. it has more than enough power for driving on the streets and with awd it has amazing grip and handling.

the nissan GT-R is a perfect car if you like to go to racetracks. it is the fastest of the lot and also the most tunable. unfortunately the GT-R lacks looks and interior comfort. the interior of the GT-R feels like that of a $25,000 car with leather bucket seats and extra buttons on the dash while the R8 and 911 (especially the R8) feel like luxury cars.

my pick would be divided mainly between the R8 and GT-R. i feel that the 911 is a bit of a compromise between the speed of the GT-R and the luxury and looks of the R8 but since there are so many porsches in my area, it wouldnt be unique so i just dont like it as much.

if I started frequenting tracks the GT-R is an amazing beast. on roads you wont really get the most of its performance and looks are a bit lacking. the R8 wont be as good on tracks but you can drive it out to a fancy dinner and look spot on it also has more than enough performance to have fun on roads or a track.

I'm surprised someone who has 100k+ to spend is looking for advice on yahoo answers. I'd recommend Nissan GT-R because it will dust any of the above (as long as its not black lol). Also, with all of the others you will be dealing with ridiculous maintenance costs while GT-R is relatively cheap. However, if you're looking for attention, R8 is definitely an eye catcher.
