Is this my response to stress?

Okay. So I'm losing my mind. I feel like school is tearing me apart. Or maybe it's something else. I don't know. But I'm forgetting things I don't usually forget. Sometimes I don't make sense, and can't even speak in a straight sentence. They come out as fragments sometimes. My mind is slipping away and running off to 1000000 places. I'm forgetting things that I used to be good at, like how to spell some words, and some things I was good at in math. I find myself wandering through the school hall with my backpack wide open. I don't remember things from last night, last week, ugh...what is going on with me??

Update:

I have aspergers, and ADHD. I'm sure that these contribute to this. And I also repress Things I don't want to remember.

I'm sorry about what you're going through. Believe me, I was in the exact same position last semester. I could swear that I wrote this verbatim if there were any way for that to make sense. I was taking 22 credit hours and couldn't think straight for a minute. Wanna know what really helped? Sleep. It sounds cliche, but it's true. I was getting about 6 hours a night, but when I started to set time aside to sleep more, like 9 hours when I could, it was amazing. Naps don't really do the trick. They just suck. Go outside, especially when it's cold, look around, and just sit there for about 5 minutes. You'll feel so much less stressed. If you're religious, pray. If you're not into religion, get into it. Don't take up excessive exercise. Some people say that, but it just drives the brain crazier.

Sleep more, stand in fresh air, talk to an imaginary documentary crew, and chill.

And eat pineapple. You can never get enough pineapple.
