Or if not, where can I buy dressy/sparkly long sleeve undershirts that I could wear under a revealing prom dress?

I found this one, but it's only 3/4 sleeve.

either a t shirt or a wife beater/ tank top i think a long sleeve shirt might be a little too warm and the sleeves would show out the bottom maybe just try all 3 on and see what looks the best
