how much child support can u get off of the daddy if he doesn't work? he does things to make money.?
He makes $1,000.00 or more a week doing big stuff than odd jobs. he doesn't have proof because it's paid in cash. i need help with bills and his daughter needs stuff or things.

take him to court and let them figure it out, they pay push him to get a regular job so they can garnish his wages

In this case - you can only get what baby daddy gives you.
You need to go to court and get a child support order.
In most states - child support will be ordered based on his income and the number of children.

as far as i know regardless of if he has a job or not he must pay child support. now i believe the amount he pays is based on his income. so if he says he makes nothing he would pay the minimum. you would need to contact the state.

You go back to the county child support agency and prove what you know and ask for a hearing to adjust your CS payment
