one of my accounts was just hacked whoever it was changed my email and password if i call sony is it a way i can get it back? no negative answers please i just want my account back
i tried what jamie said the guy or whoever changed my email and PW could i get it back?

You sure it got hacked? I got a message to change my password earlier, and it wouldn't let me sign it. I changed it on the website like it told me and it worked. All of my mates had the same thing. I think it's just a safety precaution from Sony.

Yes you should be able to call sony and get it back. As long as you can prove that you are the owner of the account. I'm pretty sure they will solve everything you need.
