How many cups of coffee a week will affect my teeth?

I was drinking 1-2 a day but noticed my teeth darkening and have limited myself to 3-4 per week

. Is this still too much, will it still cause noticeable stains on my teeth?

It's best to stay caffeine-free. Coffee gives anyone a fake source of energy. It'll be hard at first but you can find a better replacement from fruit drinks and veggie juices that will give you more lasting and real energy. For the meantime, you might as well use teeth whitening toothpaste if you have to drink at least a cup of coffee per day.

This is not an effect of coffee .... I drink 10+ coffee every day for last 10 years... I have shiny teeth and no problem at all... go and check a physician.. you have something problem in your teeth.
