What gives a Born Again the Right to tell someone they are going to Hell??

There is a person I know who say's he is a Born Again , he is very judgmental and has no problem telling people they are going to Hell when they die , I never read the Bible but I have read verses on being judgmental and also you will know them by their fruit , this guy is NOT producing good fruit and has no problem saying hurtful things to people with his judgmental remarks , I am 59 years old so his comments don't bother me , it bugged me when he started in on a sweet 20 year old cash register girl just minding her own business working in a store , there are other people I know that say they are Born Again that also seem judgmental with some of the things they say and do to their fellow man like they have some special pass from God to be judgmental , I think it is God's choice to say who is going to Heaven or Hell , are the mentally handicapped people all going to Hell because they are not Born Again or understand about God or the Bible?

Absolutley nothing. They have no right, and they have know knowledge. They are deluding themselves, thinking they know what only God knows.

You are correct in that God alone knows who is going where and when -

Ask him[your buddy] if his version of things entices anyone with honey or is it all vinegar? if front of one of his victims if possible. Does not God save according to His timing??? There is no way I would ever be saved at 22 if God predestined me to be saved at 44, no matter how much 'you're going to hell' is in the air.

Of course we are to "Fear God and give Him glory" but Christ always began the conversation with "Do not fear".

I think "Born again" is just another phrase for "sanctimonious prick"  I've seen a thousand of those guys.
