Gay romances that are not hentai are called yoai or shonen ai, and some are:
Junjou romantica
Sekai ichi hatsukoi
Koisuru Boukun
Hey class president
Tight rope
Ikoku irokoi romantan
haru wo daite
Ai no kusabi
loveless
gravitation
Kire papa
Papa to kiss in the dark
Also ouran high school host club,
black butler, and 07 ghost are not yoai or shonen ai. But they do have some gay traits.

The term for gay hentai is "yaoi". And I can think of some, like 'Loveless' and 'Gravitation'. I never finisheh watching those, al I don't know really of there is sex, but if there is it's the type of thing with a plot to it at really has something to do for the story. Also, 'Black Butler's (Kuroshitsuji) isn't an official yaoi, but most people read into when they watch, and there's no sex in it. It's easy to read into, or ship gay characters in anime too, and if you're just looking for that, try Pandora Hearts or Ouran Highschool Host Club or Durarara!!
