    Your arms are made of 4 main muscles: biceps, triceps, forearms, and shoulders

    Bicep : Bicep curl, Hammer curl, Chin ups

    Triceps: close grip bench, dips, skullcrushers, tricep pulldown

    Forearms: wrist curl

    Shoulders: Overhead press, side raises, foreward raises

    Pecs: Bench, dumbbell press, dumbbell flys

    Stomach: sit-ups, crunches

    Legs: Squats, deadlifts, leg press

    Also, dont forget to do back as well

    Back: seated rows, lat pulldown, read delt flys
